to select countries and select major cities (on-net) within
those countries only by dialing a special access number.
Regular airtime rates apply to all calls. Access to cellular
numbers in all countries and service line numbers or other
special toll charging numbers in all countries may be excluded
from this offer. Applicable international long distance
charges will be billed for direct dialed calls placed from
your wireless phone. Locus Telecommunications, Inc. reserves
the right to modify, restrict or discontinue this offer
at any time without notice. Incomplete, busy or no-answer
calls may still deduct airtime. Service provided by Locus
Telecommunications, Inc. and is not available in all areas.
Please note your standard on-network airtime rates will
apply when “O2 Wireless”, “LOCUS” or “My
Network” appears in your phone’s display. Other
direct dialed calls made off-network (when “Other
Network” appears in your phone’s display) will
be charged at (49¢) a minute. For all O2 Wireless
Plans: Rates for calls to directory assistance are $3.00
per call plus airtime or roaming charges. Based on card
denomination, airtime expiration ranges from 30 to 180
days from date loaded onto your phone. Existing balances
will be rolled over to new expiration date if new card
is added before current balance expires. Airtime is charged
in one-minute increments, rounding up to the nearest minute.
For all calls, the length of the call will be measured
during the time you are connected to our system, which
is approximately from the time you press “SEND” or
other key to begin a call until the time you press “END” or
other key to terminate a call. Airtime is deducted for
all calls made to any toll free number. Unanswered calls
that ring for more than 30 seconds will be charged at the
same rate as if the call was answered (rounding up to the
nearest minute). Your account will be canceled if there
is no usage (billable or non-billable) or if the balance
remains at $0 for 30 consecutive days or more. Airtime
Cards are non-refundable and non-transferable. Locus Telecommunications,
Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen, misused or damaged
Airtime Cards. For Basic and Plus plans only: The first
text message you send or receive each day (12am – 11:59pm
central time) will be billed at the standard rate (10¢).
Every text message sent or received thereafter (up until
11:59pm central time that same day) will be billed at the
discounted rate (5¢). For Unlimited Plan only: Free
international service does not apply. Access charge of
$1 per day assessed when a call (billable or non-billable)
or a text message (sent or received) is made. Access charge
for a call is assessed based on local time and for a text
message on central time. For US based customers only: text
messages can only be sent/originate from the US, but can
be sent to and received from anywhere in the world. O2
Wireless Plus airtime card is NOT compatible with O2 Wireless
Unlimited plan. Unlimited Nights & Weekends: Nights
are local time 9:00pm to 6:59am Mon.-Fri.; Weekends are
local time 9:00pm Fri. to 6:59am Mon. Service pricing subject
